Everything we build runs on infrastructure you own, with credentials you hold. If you end the relationship, nothing stops working.

The runbook ships with the code
A system your team cannot operate is not finished. Handover documentation is a deliverable, not a favour at the end.

Tests before throughput
Above 85% coverage on the paths that carry money or personal data, enforced in the pipeline rather than in a meeting.

Security is not a phase
Threat modelling in design, dependency scanning in CI, and secrets that never touch a repository. Not a penetration test the week before launch.
