Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 18 August 2026

This policy explains the 14-day money-back guarantee that covers every payment made to Deplyra, how to cancel, and how the money gets back to you. It is the company-wide policy and it applies to every Deplyra product, wherever that product is sold. Payments are processed by Paddle.

Your 14-day money-back guarantee

Every payment you make to Deplyra is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 14 days of any charge that you want that money back and we will refund the charge in full. There are no conditions: you do not need a reason, nothing has to be unused, and it applies to every charge, including renewals and added seats. When we refund a subscription payment we also end the subscription it paid for, so you are not charged again. Refunding a payment deletes nothing you have stored: if you want your data exported or erased as well, ask and we will do that separately.

What this website sells, and what it does not

deplyra.com is Deplyra's company website. It carries no shop and no checkout, and nothing on this site takes a card. Deplyra's paid products are bought on their own sites and in their own apps, and the payment is taken there. This page is published here, under the company name, so that one policy governs all of them and a buyer can find it without knowing which product they bought first.

The paid products today are OpsCores at opscores.com, and Anseya at anseya.com where billing is enabled. Both are billed through Paddle. Several of the mobile apps listed on the products page sell a subscription or a one-time purchase inside the app instead, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Every product marked in development or coming soon sells nothing at all yet, and nothing on this site is an offer of it.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record

Deplyra's paid products are processed by our payments partner Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: the charge on your statement and your invoice come from Paddle, and any refund is returned by Paddle to the payment method you paid with. We decide the refund and Paddle carries it out. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by us. Buyers can also reach Paddle's own support at paddle.net.

Purchases made inside a mobile app

Where a Deplyra app sells a subscription or a one-time purchase inside the app, Apple or Google is the seller and takes the payment, so that store issues the refund and you ask for it from your Apple or Google account rather than from Paddle. That is a difference in who moves the money, not a difference in what we promise: if a store declines a request this guarantee would have covered, write to help@deplyra.com and we will take it up on your behalf.

How to cancel

You can cancel a Deplyra subscription at any time. Where the product has a billing page, cancel there and it confirms the exact end date; OpsCores subscriptions are cancelled at opscores.com/billing. You can also email help@deplyra.com from the address on the account and we will cancel for you and confirm by reply. A subscription bought inside a mobile app is cancelled from your Apple or Google account, because that is where it is billed. Either way there is no cancellation fee, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Cancelling and asking for a refund are two different requests. If you want the money back as well as the subscription stopped, say so, and the guarantee above applies.

Refunds after the 14-day window

Cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for and you keep full access for all of that time, so once a payment is more than 14 days old we do not refund the unused remainder of a billing period as standard. Billing errors are different and have no time limit: if we have charged you after your cancellation took effect, charged you twice, or charged you for the wrong number of users, tell us whenever you notice and we will put it right and refund the difference in full.

Your statutory rights

Deplyra's business products are sold to organisations for business use, and its consumer apps are sold to individuals. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in this policy limits or excludes the statutory rights you have under UK or EU consumer law, including any withdrawal or cancellation right that applies to you.

Consulting engagements

Consulting and platform engineering work is not a product purchase and is not sold through a checkout. It is quoted to a scope, agreed in a written agreement signed for that project, and invoiced under that agreement, which carries its own payment terms. Those engagements start with a short design document you approve before any code is written and are split into milestones: if a milestone is not what that document agreed, you do not pay for it. See pricing and the terms of use.

How to request a refund

Email help@deplyra.com and tell us which product you paid for and the email address on the account. The Paddle order number from your receipt helps us find the charge faster, but you can leave it out. A person reads that inbox and will confirm your refund by reply. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle then returns the money to the payment method you paid with, and you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

That address is a real, monitored mailbox on Google Workspace, not an auto-responder, and it is the same inbox the contact form posts to if you would rather write from a page than from your mail client.

Changes

If this policy changes, the change appears on this page and the effective date above moves. The 14-day window is a condition of our ability to take payment at all, so it can be made longer but it will not be made shorter and no condition will be attached to it. The edit history is public in the site's source repository.
