Foreman: the evidence of the job, captured as you work
Foreman is for the tradesperson who finishes a job and then has to prove it was done. You photograph the work as you go, add a voice note or a line of text, and the app stamps each capture with the time and, if you allow it, the place.
At the end it builds a certificate from those captures on your letterhead, and gives you a link to send the customer. The link opens without an account, because your customer does not have one.
Where it stands
In development and internal testing. Its backend is live, but Foreman has no public store listing and is not being submitted to one yet. When it ships, the store links will appear on this page.
Capture that survives a bad signal
Photos, voice notes and text queue on the phone and upload when there is signal. You can set uploads to wait for wifi.
Time and place on every capture
Each capture records the time your phone reported and, where you allow location, the coordinates. The certificate rounds the coordinate to about 110 metres.
A certificate on your own letterhead
Your business name, contact details and credential line, with the evidence attached. Foreman prints the credential line as you typed it and does not verify it.
A share link your customer can open
One link, no account needed at the other end. Anyone holding the link can open it, so send it to the customer and nobody else.
Foreman hashes every uploaded file on arrival so it can tell whether its own copy has changed since. That is a check on our storage, not a claim that a photograph is proof of anything.
Foreman prints your credential line exactly as you typed it and never implies it was checked with an issuing body, because it was not.
