Delete Your Account

There is no delete button yet, so here is the route that works

Foreman has no Delete account control in the app and no route behind one in its API. We are not going to print steps that do not exist.

Email [email protected] from the address your account uses, asking for your account and data to be deleted. A person actions it by hand. Say so in the subject line and we will confirm when it is done.

What we remove when you ask

Your account and sign-in, your business record and logo, your jobs and the customer details on them, your captured evidence and its database records, and your issued certificates.

Certificate share links you have already sent stop working once the certificate is gone.

What is kept, and why

Evidence files are stored by their content, and deleting a record deliberately leaves the underlying file on disk. When you ask us to delete your account we remove those files too, but the app's own delete-a-capture button does not.

Your Firebase sign-in is a Google record. We delete it as part of the account removal.
