Anseya: the AI receptionist that tells callers it is one
Anseya answers the phone when a business cannot. The business dials one code on its own number so unanswered calls forward, and Anseya picks up, takes the details and sends them straight through to WhatsApp.
The first sentence it speaks is that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. That sentence is written into the code, cannot be interrupted, and cannot be replaced by a customer. A business can add to it and cannot take it away.
Where it stands
Live and answering real calls for founding customers at anseya.com. Anseya is a phone service rather than an app you install: a business diverts its existing number to it with a dial code.
Answers the calls you miss
One dial code diverts your unanswered calls. Another switches it off. Your number does not change and nobody has to be told a new one.
It says it is an AI, first
Before any question, in a sentence a caller cannot talk over, Anseya names itself as an AI assistant and says the call is recorded.
Details land in WhatsApp
Name, number, postcode and what the caller needs, sent to the business owner while the caller is still fresh in mind.
Built for a sector
Trades, clinics, hotels, offices and travel each get their own script, so the questions asked are the ones that sector needs.
Every call is recorded, and every caller is told so before the first question. Recording cannot be switched off by a business or by Deplyra.
Anseya never claims to be a human being. The software refuses a configuration that instructs it to.
Want in before the stores?
We invite a small group of early testers per app. If you would use Anseya for real, tell us below and we will set you up when the next test round opens.
Anseya is one of the apps in the Deplyra portfolio. It is designed, built and run by the same team you can hire: voice AI agents is what this app is proof of.
