The service
Dead Giveaway is a fictional daily detective puzzle. Every case, city detail, victim and suspect is invented — cases are written to classic mystery genre templates and are never based on, derived from, or intended to resemble any real crime, investigation, or real person living or dead. Nothing in the app is a factual account of anything.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Let us know at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Purchases and subscriptions
Lead packs (US$0.99 / US$2.99 / US$5.99) are one-time consumable purchases billed through the Google Play account you purchased with, and are final once delivered. Leads only ever buy hints — the solution to a case is never for sale, and every case remains solvable without spending anything. Dead Giveaway has no subscription.
Acceptable use
Use Dead Giveaway only for its intended purpose and only with content you have the right to submit. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate content that's illegal, infringing, or abusive.
Disclaimer
Dead Giveaway is provided "as is." AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and should be reviewed before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, Deplyra disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app from time to time; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings.
