DevOps Consulting in Europe

European teams buy infrastructure under two constraints most consultancies gloss over: GDPR with real data-residency teeth, and budgets that do not stretch to €1,200-a-day Western European consultancy rates. Deplyra builds EU-resident architectures — Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Stockholm regions, or EU-owned providers like Hetzner where cost or sovereignty argues for them — as reviewed, documented code, with a working day that overlaps CET almost completely.

GDPR & residency by design

EU-region pinning, encryption at rest and in transit, and logging that respects data-minimisation — data-protection handled in the architecture, not in a compliance memo after the fact.

Near-total CET overlap

Our hours cover the Central European working day almost entirely — collaboration is live and same-day, with none of the overnight lag of US-based providers.

EU-region and EU-provider fluent

AWS Frankfurt, Azure West Europe, GCP eu-west — plus Hetzner and other European providers when the economics or sovereignty case is right. Provisioned as Terraform either way.

Senior rates, sanity restored

The same rigour — IaC, GitOps, SLOs, DevSecOps — Western European consultancies bill €1,200+/day for, at a rate a mid-size European company can run monthly.

Frequently asked

Can you keep our data and workloads inside the EU?

Yes. We pin workloads and data to EU regions (or EU-owned providers), encrypt at rest and in transit, and document data flows — the architecture-level half of GDPR compliance that legal teams cannot do alone.

Do you work with Hetzner and other European providers?

Yes, and often recommend them: for many workloads Hetzner is 3–5× cheaper than hyperscalers. We run it with the same discipline — Terraform, GitOps, monitoring — so the saving does not come at the cost of professionalism.

What language do you work in?

English, written-first. Design docs, runbooks and pull requests are all in clear written English — which works well across European teams where English is the shared engineering language.
