What we collect

Your email address, if you create an account (the core Schengen counter and safety information work without one).

Travel information you enter yourself: trips, destinations, and traveller/passport details you add to build your checklist and counter.

Your subscription status, and basic usage and crash diagnostics.

What stays on your device

Passport-stamp scanning runs entirely on your device (on-device OCR) — the photo is never uploaded, and the extracted date is added straight to your local counter.

Documents you store in the Vault are encrypted at rest on your device (AES-256, protected by your device's secure keystore and your biometric/PIN unlock) and are never uploaded unencrypted, logged, or included in analytics.

How we use it

To calculate your Schengen 90/180 status, build a checklist for your passport and destinations, send you reminders you've asked for (passport expiry, checklist items, counter warnings), manage your subscription, and keep the app working.

EuroReady never sells, links to, or facilitates the purchase of ETIAS authorisations or visas of any kind.

Where it goes

Trip and traveller data you enter syncs over HTTPS to our processing service (the Deplyra gateway) so it's available across your devices. EuroReady carries no third-party advertising, so this data is never shared for ad purposes.

Your choices

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account. For any other privacy request, contact [email protected].

Children

EuroReady is intended for users 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
