Delete Your Account

Effective 18 August 2026

Your tenancy record is on your phone, so uninstalling removes it

Keysa has no Delete account control, and no such route exists in its code.

It also has no deployed server, which for once works in your favour: the photographs, the property address, the deposit details, your notes and your issue log exist only on your phone. Uninstalling Keysa deletes all of it. There is no copy of it anywhere else to chase.

The account itself

The one thing that is not on your phone is the account, which is a Firebase record holding your email address and display name.

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. A person actions it by hand.

What is kept, and why

Nothing of yours is kept by us, because nothing of yours ever reached us. Google holds whatever its own sign-in and advertising services record, under their own policies.
