Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

1. Open NoteSnap and sign in.

2. Go to the account tab in the bottom navigation (labelled "You" or "Account").

3. Tap "Delete account."

4. Confirm — this is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your sign-in is removed immediately. Deletion of the data listed below from our servers is processed right away in the normal case; if that step can't complete at the moment you delete (for example, a temporary connection issue), any remaining data is removed shortly after — you are never left unable to delete your account because of a server error.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, sign-in).

Your snapped notes and the cleaned-up text generated from them.

Your flashcard decks, quiz/exam results, and study progress.

Your subscription status and usage/crash diagnostics tied to your account.

What's kept, and why

Purchase and subscription records are kept by Google Play / the Apple App Store under their own policies — Deplyra doesn't control or store those separately once a purchase is made through their billing systems.
