Delete Your Account
Effective 4 August 2026
If you are an operative
Your record belongs to the organisation that employs you, so the quickest route is to ask your manager to remove you — they can do it from the OpsCores admin console and it takes effect immediately.
If that is not possible, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, saying which organisation you work for. We will act on the request and tell you when it is done.
If you administer the account
Deleting an organisation deletes everything belonging to it: worker records and their documents, sites, shifts, timesheets and compliance history.
Because that is irreversible and affects everyone on the account, it is done by request rather than by a button someone can press by accident. Email [email protected] from an owner address and we will confirm before anything is removed.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in and profile.
Your worker record, including any identity or right-to-work documents and photographs attached to it.
Shifts, assignments, timesheets and check results tied to you.
What is kept, and why
An employer may be required by law to keep certain employment and right-to-work records for a set period even after someone leaves. Where that applies, the record is retained by the organisation under its own obligations, and we will tell you if it is the reason something cannot be removed straight away.
Invoices and payment records are kept as accounting records.
