Who the account belongs to

OpsCores is workforce-operations software bought by a business. The account belongs to that business, and it is the business that decides who is added to it and what is recorded about them.

If you are an operative using OpsCores at work, your employer put your details in and your employer controls them. We hold that data on their behalf.

What we collect

Account and organisation details: the email addresses used to sign in, and the organisation each belongs to.

Worker records entered by a manager, which can include a name, contact details, right-to-work and identity documents where the business is required to hold them, and photographs attached to those records.

Operational data: sites, shifts, assignments, timesheets and the checks completed against them.

Subscription status, and basic usage and crash diagnostics.

How we use it

To run the service the business is paying for: rostering, assignment, compliance records and reporting.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of an organisation's records to train AI models.

Where it is held

On servers operated by Deplyra in the European Union, over encrypted connections. Identity documents and their photographs are stored encrypted, and are reachable only by people the organisation has authorised.

Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation's at the database level.

Your rights

If you are an operative, the fastest route is your employer — they administer the account and can correct or remove your record directly.

OpsCores is business software and is not intended for or directed at children.
