What OpsCores is
OpsCores is workforce-operations software for scheduling, assignment, timesheets and compliance record-keeping. It is a tool for keeping records the business is responsible for. It is not legal advice, and it does not certify that any organisation is compliant with any law — that judgement remains the business's.
Accounts
The organisation that subscribes is responsible for who it adds, what it records about them, and for having a lawful basis to hold it.
Billing
OpsCores is sold as a subscription, billed through our payment provider. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level guarantee. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be removed by agreement.
