The service

Redy introduces customers to providers of trade work and keeps a record of the booking. The contract for the work is between the customer and the provider. Deplyra is not a party to it, does not employ providers, and does not warrant their work, their licensing or their insurance.

A photo estimate is an estimate produced by an AI model from a picture. It is a starting figure and not a quote, not a commitment, and not a substitute for someone looking at the job.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the licence, insurance and identity information they supply.

Please do not use the in-app delete-account control at present. It locks the account without deleting anything. Email [email protected] instead and it will be handled by a person.

Purchases and subscriptions

Redy has no in-app purchase and no payment provider. Amounts, commissions and payouts recorded in the app are a ledger of what is owed, not money moved by Redy. Redy carries no advertising.

Acceptable use

Use Redy only for its intended purpose and only with information you have the right to enter. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or produce anything illegal, infringing or abusive.

Disclaimer

Redy is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, Deplyra disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be removed by agreement.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the app from time to time, and a material change will appear here with a new effective date. You may stop using it at any time.
